The king will be allocating cegels out for anyone who loads a specified amount of Seal Cash.
Load 1000SC = 10,000,000 cegels
Load 2000SC = 20,000,000 cegels
Load 2500SC = 25,000,000 cegels
Load 5000SC = 50,000,000 cegels
Conversion: 100SC= 1,000,000 cegels
